Visitors can climb to the top of the tower for panoramic views of Enkhuizen and the surrounding area. The tower also houses a small museum with exhibits on the history of the town and its role in the Dutch East India Company.
Admission to the Drommedaris is €3 for adults and €1.50 for children. It is open daily from 10am to 5pm.
In the surrounding area, visitors can explore the charming historic center of Enkhuizen, which features picturesque canals, cobblestone streets, and well-preserved 17th century buildings. The Zuiderzeemuseum, a large open-air museum dedicated to the cultural heritage of the region, is also located nearby.
